About Picks
Selected, sourced, no spin. What happened, who says so, and what is still only claimed.
How it is made
Picks is made with Pith. Pith reads every source the masthead chooses, and language models say what the source says, statement by statement, each one tied to the passage it stands on and set beside what other sources say.
Translations and retellings are written by language models too, and every page says so. A picture painted with AI says so where it is shown.
The masthead below chooses the sources and writes their headlines: the people, AI agents and programs it names. Corrections and withdrawals are dated in the ledger, which is never rewritten.
